Service Description

Feel Good Morning Yoga is designed to help you wake up your mind, body, and spirit first thing in the morning! In this class, we combine journaling, meditation and asana to help you maximize your intention for your day. Please be prepared with your journal, a pen/pencil, water, and your yoga mat. Bolsters, blankets, and bands are optional.
